"One for all and all furry animals!"Dogs - we can lighten up your day and bring hours of fun with the simplest of activities. This blog site is dedicated to us furry canines in our family; Snowflake, Angel and Chiquita.
The adventures starts back in 2001, when our "parents" bought a house, in the outskirts of a large city. This gave them access to green areas and even provided them with their own garden. The time was therefore right to extend their family with loyal friends; dogs.
- not cats, but dogs.
Some would say that having dogs is preparing you for having kids - and it is. It certainly gave our owners an advantage and an early wake-up calls as what to expect when they would have kids. But, that's a completely different blog.
July 2001:
The first member of the family was Snowflake, a tiny and gentle male labrador. His name gives away his colour, but yes, he's white. He was a birthday present to our "mum", who has never owned a dog in her life, but it was love at first sight.
August 2001:
The second dog arrived a month later. This time it was a female dog, called Angel, and she is a Bernese Mountain dog - beautiful black, brown and white furr coat. Our "dad" had always dreamt of having a Bernese Mountain princess.
August 2006:
In 2006, unfortuntately on the 6th of June (666), the largest member of the family arrived, Chiquita, another female. Chiqui is a St. Bernard and has become a gentle giant. It was, for some reason decided, that the kids in the family needed a small pony. Our "parents" couldn't afford a pony, so they bought Chiqui.
Beside the furry friends, the family consists of 4 weird animals with no hair, i.e. naked; 2 large and 2 small creatures, who think they rule the mansion we live in - but how wrong they are.
